Our Annual General Meeting is to be held at approximately 9.30pm on Friday 24th April 2026 in West Kilbride Village Hall, immediately following the Milena Simović concert.
Registered members will receive copies of the relevant papers by email or, if not on email, by post. The key documents can be viewed below.
Please stay on for our AGM if you can. We are always very keen to have your input.
It is also an opportunity to consider whether you are willing to help with the organisation of MiWK, and perhaps become a Trustee. MiWK is entirely dependent on volunteers to continue its activities into the future.
